From tapas, sangria, laughter, and dancing the night away, this wedding is all about making unforgettable memories together. We are incredibly grateful that you’re traveling far to join us — it truly means the world to us to celebrate with our favorite people in such a special place.

Our story
We technically met freshman year at Mira Costa High School — though with such a huge campus, we didn’t really meet at first. We began noticing each other through a mutual friends facebook photos and around confirmation classes at Anais’ Catholic middle school, and before long, we were spotting one another around campus, exchanging glances, and realizing something special was there. That summer, a trip to Knott’s Berry Farm changed everything. We shared our first kiss, and from that moment on, nothing felt quite the same.
On 12.12.12, after months of Anais insisting she didn’t want another boyfriend, Christopher asked her to be his girlfriend — not knowing he’d end up being her last. We spent three unforgettable years together in high school before heading off to college… 1.5 hours apart. Everyone said it wouldn’t last. “You’re going to college — there’s no way.”
But it did.
We took turns visiting each other on weekends while fully diving into college life — making new friends, chasing adventures, and growing into ourselves. Some adventures were shared, others solo, but we always found our way back to each other.
After Anais graduated, she moved back home to pursue a teaching career, and in 2021, we finally moved in together — a long time coming and completely worth the wait. We hosted friends, explored our town, built a home, and learned all of each other’s quirks and pet peeves along the way.
As the years passed, the question everyone asked became, “So… when are you getting married?” After many years of traveling and designing Anais’ forever ring, Christopher finally — even while on crutches after a achilles surgery — got down on one knee on a beautiful January 4th afternoon in 2025 in Palos Verdes at the most picturesque horse stables.
From Knott’s Berry Farm to forever, we can’t wait to write our next chapter — and we’re so grateful you’ll be there to celebrate it with us.
